“OMAKASE” Course

Omakase means to leave the decision to someone else. Chef Hiro wants his guests to experience the finest of traditional Japanese Yakiniku which is why only the “OMAKASE” course is offered, where he selects the best ingredients of the day according to the season. Recommendations of the Chef himself on a variety of Japanese sake, wine and champagne will round up your food journey.
